Dr. Mary has been traveling and training on safe and natural healing modalities since 1999. Her main focus of education deals with Food grade essential oils and Essential Oil Hands on Techniques. She has been privileged to train with experts like D. Gary Young, the Pioneer in Natural Medicine and who is noted for bringing medicinal grade essential oils back to the Northern Hemisphere. She has also been blessed to be trained by Wellness Experts like Candace Pert Phd, Dr Dan Prusser MD, Dr Carolyn Mein MD, Tom Woloshyn author of the  Complete Master Cleanse.

She started the Total Wellness Association in 2015 a Private Membership Association under the Private Membership Education Associations of America for those whose members learning and sharing in the private domain is protected under our Constitutional Rights.  The primary mission of the association is to coach, discuss, educate, explain, facilitate, instruct, mentor, supervise, teach, train, and tutor each other, and to empower each other and the public to make all of their own decisions concerning their own health, life, nutrition, therapies and wellness and that of their family, dependents and pets.

Although Dr. Starr has a head full of knowledge, her laid back and fun teaching style is enjoyed by everyone of all ages and skill levels.

She can be found teaching monthly in her local area of Crestview Florida at Body B Healthy Nutrition Center or Hello Beautiful Salon. Quarterly in places like Gaffney South Carolina, Central NY, Hattiesburg Mississippi, and the Tampa Orlando Florida Area. And annually you may find her training outside of the US in places like Canada, Germany or France.
