Don't Give Up Hope
A short message by Dr. Mary Starr
Life is hard but Hold On!
My friend Sarah opened the door to her home that had days before been burned almost completely. I will never forget that smell. They lost everything material they owned including their family dog. But they survived along with their children, and although she was in shock she was holding on to something greater than her.
Johnna had bottomed out. All her retirement she had been living on was gone, she was forced to move back in with her ex-husband, she had nothing but a part time job that paid her sporadically. Yet she was not defeated, she held on. She knew deep down she would not only survive she would thrive.
Sean had everything, an amazing job, a new baby, a wonderful wife, a huge quarter of million dollar home, a new truck. Everything until one day it happened. He lost his job, benefits, and retirement. But unlike many others who would let this devastate them he didn't. He stayed positive and held on to Faith.
I remember that day in my own life when my family was ripped apart by lies and deceit. The hardest day of my life but something inside of me gave me the strength to push forward and go on.
Today I understand that that strength to move forward, go on, keep living even when everything around falls is really a strength greater than all things. It is FAITH.
I pray that you will find that FAITH not just when you need it but everyday. It makes life not just bearable but marvelous.
Our team is here for you. Let us know if you have specific needs that we can pray for you. And remember Life is Hard but Hold on.
I appreciate you,
Dr. Mary Starr Carter

Don’t give up before the Miracle.
I have learned over the years to give forgiveness to others who I feel have hurt me. Now I tell myself, “the best form of revenge is to live a full and happy life”
Dr. Mary: Please pray for me! My mom died on psalm sunday 11years and 1 day after my dad. When she passed away all my siblings were there. Outside we saw amazing clouds. One shaped like the wings of a dove in full flight and over it’s right shoulder a circular cloud with the heavens pouring thru. On the left wing two contrails from a plane were present. I know that my Dad came and picked her up to go to heaven. But I miss her. II’m looking for a physician in Chicago to help me titrate off some medicine and need help finding one. Please send me some suggestions?
Thank you for these beautiful stories of encouragement. Hearing the trials of others helps us to not focus on our own issues. When we strive to serve others our problems seem to pale in comparison. Your mission for today, Dr. Mary has been well served. Thank you from this anti-aging, fiery grandma of four who is exposing the secrets to turn back the clock.

So many struggle, at different times of their lives and feel they cannot go on or get through. yet they do and are not always sure just how because they did not put a name to it.You just did–faith.
I appreciate reading these stories of hope! I will pass it on by sharing a link with my friends so as to encourage them as well.
Blessed be!
I am learning anew each day that God didn’t promise us a rose garden, but did promise to be with us through all our trials and tribulations. He did promise to never give us anything that He would not give us the grace to handle. Choosing to go forward with Him at my side, I have been given the strength and courage to press on to the prize that He alone can give. Bless you Dr. Mary. I ask you to continue to pray for me as my story of miracles continue to unfold, as I do you, thanking God for your insights and guidance as we journey on the road to natural health and healing. Blessings in abundance in joy..
We often learn and grow the most from our difficult times, which can be blessings in disguise. This thought lifts me up when I need it. Right now I am missing my kids and adjusting to an “empty nest”. I know the emptiness will lessen over time…
Dr Mary and team: Please pray for the lifting if my depression. And for my son to pass the national massage therapy exam tomorrow. Sincerely Peggy O’Neill Curkov
